Melvin Robinson Jr., better known as “DJ Maybach,” began his DJ career in 2009, spinning at small campus events while attending Lincoln University. His reputation as a top-notch party starter quickly spread, bringing in opportunities from nearby colleges and even landing him a role with Wired 96.5FM to DJ the “Welcome Back Party” at West Chester University. As his popularity soared, Maybach became a fixture on the nightlife scene, securing weekly appearances at popular venues across northern Delaware and expanding his reach to cities like Las Vegas, NV, Virginia Beach, VA, and Little Rock, AR.

 

Maybach’s journey evolved from clubs to the spotlight at major sports events and concerts. Today, he’s proud to be one the Official DJ's for the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens, bringing high-energy beats to thousands of fans. He’s also opened for legendary acts, including Boyz II Men (R&B Group) and Artemus Pyle (Drummer for Lynyrd Skynyrd)

 

With years of experience in the entertainment industry, Maybach combines his musical talent and magnetic personality to lead private events as a master of ceremonies. Specializing in weddings, he’s known for his engaging, versatile DJ sets and his dedication to creating a memorable experience for each client.

 

When he’s not at events, Melvin’s creativity continues to thrive. His passion for music drives him to craft genre-blurring mash-ups, amassing over 500k subscribers online and attracting the attention of major recording artists like Morgan Wallen, Teddy Swims, and Papa Roach.
